Returns & Exchanges
Prior to returning an item for an exchange or refund, you must contact us via our Contact Form. We will assess the request and provide you with specific instructions for making the return or exchange.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
This policy covers accidental orders, change of mind returns, dissatisfied with product, incompatible devices, etc. This policy does not apply to product defects that are covered under our 12 month warranty.
This policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless there is an issue covered by warranty.
Products returned under this guarantee must meet the following conditions:
- Must be undamaged and unmarked (including box and accessories, but excluding the plastic shrink wrap)
- If the product has been opened, the product must appear completely unused.
- The product must be returned in a padded satchel or box for protection.
- Your order number or the purchaser's name and shipping address must be clearly marked on or inside the package.
- Postage fees for returns under this policy are at your expense.
Items sold as part of a discounted bundle must be returned in full.
Exception: Partial returns or refunds for individual items within a discounted bundle are not accepted and any retained items will revert to their standard pricing. Please request confirmation of the refund amount if you wish to return individual items from a discounted bundle.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. This can be in the form of your order confirmation email or we can locate your order in our system using your order number, full name, email address, mobile number, or shipping address.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is lodged with the post office for return more than 30 days after delivery.
Exclusions: This policy will not cover damage caused through misuse of your item. For example, bent or snapped charging tips/kickstands, water damage, etc.
Final Sale items (if applicable)
Items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. The 12 month warranty still applies.
Gifts
If the item was received as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher code will be emailed to you.
Alternatively, the gift giver can be refunded following the receipt and processing of your return.
Exchanges
If you've made an error with your order or need to exchange it for any other reason, please contact us for further direction via our Contact Form.
Exchanging an item will not reset the 30 day guarantee period.
Following an exchange, returns and refunds will only be approved under warranty claims.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This will normally occur within 48 hours of receiving your returned order.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please inform us if your original payment method is no longer valid.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Note: Orders paid for with PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay or Google Pay will be refunded to that institution and they will be responsible for crediting your linked credit or debit card.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If we have authorised and processed your refund but you are not yet to see this reflected on your account statement:
- Ensure you have waited 10 business days.
- Contact us to request additional confirmation of the refund.
- Contact your financial institution with the supplied refund confirmation.
