Shipping Protection Policy

We offer a Shipping Protection Program to safeguard purchases against loss or damage during transit with Australia Post. The program is optional at checkout for a one-time fee of $4.00.

 

Coverage Details:

  1. Loss or Damage: This policy covers loss or damage to goods during transit by Australia Post.
  2. Loss Process: An investigation with Australia Post will be initiated to determine the status and cause of the loss before replacements are processed.
  3. Damage Process: Upon confirmation of damage, a replacement will be processed. We may request to have the damaged item returned to us.
  4. Exclusions: Claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Items not eligible for replacement include those missing, or with insufficient proof of the required documentation (please see Terms & Conditions).

 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: This policy covers shipments that are selected for the Shipping Protection Program at checkout on the Pulse website.
  2. Coverage Period: The Shipping Protection Program begins when the order is shipped and ends after the item is successfully delivered.
  3. Claim Process: Claims must be filed within 7 days of the last tracking update or estimated delivery date.
  4. Assessment: Claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and replacements are determined based on a confirmation of the damage or loss.
  5. Required Documentation: Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is required to process a claim. Additional, supporting documentation is required based on the type of claim: proof of lodgment (e.g., tracking number), or evidence of damage (e.g., photographs).
  6. Return of Damaged Items: We may request to have damaged items returned to us. Failure to return the item could result in the denial of a claim.
  7. Replacement Process: We will issue a replacement once a claim is approved. If a replacement is not available, compensation will be provided up to the value of the item. Shipping will be arranged through the same method as the original purchase.
  8. Non-Refundable: This shipping protection program is non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped.

 

By opting into the Shipping Protection Program, you confirm that you have read and understand the terms and conditions. You acknowledge that this program covers the replacement of items lost or damaged during transit by Australia Post, up to the value of the original item.
