What is your warranty policy?

Pulse offers a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty. This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Pulse Charge will either repair or replace the product at no charge during the warranty period. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.

EXCLUSIONS: This limited warranty does not cover snapped or bent charging tips, misuse, or water damage of products.

To obtain warranty service you must contact Pulse Charge at hello@pulsecharge.co so that we may determine the problem and contact the manufacturer. Please make sure that you include your proof of purchase with your email.
