What is your warranty policy?

Pulse Charge offers a 12-month limited manufacturers warranty. This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Pulse Charge will either repair, replace or refund the product at no charge during the warranty period. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.

Exclusions: This policy will not cover damage caused through misuse of your item. For example, bent or snapped charging tips/kickstands, water damage etc.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

To submit a warranty claim, you must contact Pulse Charge via our Contact Form so that we can troubleshoot and determine the problem. Generally, this can be achieved by providing photos, video and/or answering some troubleshooting questions. This will allow us to potentially resolve your problem without needing to return the items.
