The following phone models require a MagSafe or Qi-approved case to use the magnetic attraction feature of Discovery.

How does Discovery work?
Discovery is a versatile power bank notebook. It powers your devices through a magnetic wireless charging pad on the inside. Simply place your Qi-enabled phone, earbuds, or smartwatch on the wireless charging pad and it will automatically connect and begin charging. Alternatively, it also includes an inbuilt USB-C cable for plug-in charging.

How many devices can I charge at once with Discovery?
Discovery is designed to charge 1–2 devices at a time using the magnetic wireless charging pad and inbuilt cable.

How much will Discovery charge my device?
Discovery has a 10,000mAh battery. This will charge a standard smartphone 1–3 times, earbuds 10+ times, and smartwatches 15+ times.

The amount Discovery will charge depends on the capacity of each device. We suggest checking the size of your device battery to understand how much charge it will receive.

Can I use my device while it’s connected to Discovery?
You can easily use your phone while it is charging and connected to Discovery.

You cannot use your earbuds or smartwatch while they’re charging. Your earbuds must remain in their case to recharge. Similarly, your smartwatch must remain on the charging pad of Discovery to recharge.

How do I recharge Discovery?
Simply connect a charging cable to the USB-C input port at the base of Discovery to recharge it. The battery of Discovery is fully charged when all four LED light indicators on the inside are illuminated.

Does Discovery support pass-through charging?
Yes, Discovery supports pass-through charging. This means it will recharge your device using its wireless charging pad at the same time it’s plugged in and recharging.

Can I take Discovery on a plane?
Yes, Discovery is safe for carry-on bags. Make sure to take it as carry-on luggage only and do not place it in checked luggage, as it contains a battery.
