How long does it take to fully charge the Jump?
The Jump takes approximately 5 hours from zero to full charge. To recharge the Jump, simply connect the USB-C charging cable to the Type-C input port of the Jump and plug the other end into a wall socket using a supported wall charger.

How do you turn off the Jump?
The Jump has automatic shut-off after 5 minutes to preserve battery life. Alternatively, you can manually turn it off by long-pressing the Power Button until the display screen turns off.

How many times will the Jump charge my cell phone?
Approximately 2–4 times for a standard smartphone, depending on the phone's battery capacity.

How do I charge my phone or device with the Jump?
Jump supports external charging via its USB-A output port. Insert a USB cable into the USB-A port and connect the other end to your device.

No, it’s not recommended to take Jump on a plane. It is better suited for cars and everyday use. Consider using Infinity, Venus, or HydroPower when traveling by air.
