USB-C/Android
Universe 3 can charge any USB-C/Android device. Simply use the built-in USB-C cable or attach your own cable using the USB-C or USB-A output ports.

Apple Lightning
Universe 3 can charge any Apple device. Simply use the built-in Apple Lightning cable or attach your own cable using the USB-C or USB-A output ports.

Qi2 Wireless
Universe 3 can charge MagSafe and Qi wireless-enabled mobile phones. It’s also compatible with AirPods and Apple Watches.

Phones with MagSafe built-in: iPhone 12 or newer

Phones requiring a magnetic ring or case: iPhone 8–11, Samsung Galaxy S6 or newer, Google Pixel 3 or newer

AirPods: AirPods 2nd generation or later with a Qi-compatible charging case

Universe 3 can charge many other devices. Simply attach your own cable using the USB-C or USB-A output ports, then connect the cable to the device you wish to charge.

How many devices can I charge at once with the Universe 3?
Universe 3 can charge up to five devices at a time using the following:

• Built-in USB-C cable
• Built-in Apple Lightning cable
• USB-C output port
• USB-A output port
• Qi wireless charging ring

Please note that the more devices you charge at a single time, the less power each individual device will receive.

How does the Universe 3 work?
Universe 3 is a portable external power bank. It can power your devices using the built-in cords, your own charging cables, or the magnetic wireless charging ring on the front.

How much will the Universe 3 charge my device?
Universe 3 has a 10,000mAh battery. This will charge a standard smartphone 2–3 times, depending on the phone’s battery capacity.

We suggest checking your device’s battery size to better understand how much charge it will receive from the 10,000mAh battery of the Universe 3.

Can I use my device while the Universe 3 is connected?
Yes! You can easily use your device while it is charging and connected to the Universe 3.

How do I recharge the Universe 3?
Simply plug the Universe 3 into any wall socket to recharge it using the built-in US plug or included adaptors.

Alternatively, it can be recharged by connecting a charging cable to its USB-C input port. Connect the other end of the cable to a wall socket using a supported wall charger.

The battery of Universe 3 is fully charged when the digital readout reaches 100.

What countries are compatible with the Universe 3?
Universe 3 includes a retractable US plug, along with three interchangeable adaptors for AU, UK, and EU sockets. Below is a list of countries where the travel adaptors can be used.

AU Plug: Australia, New Zealand, PNG, Fiji, China, Argentina

US Plug: USA, Canada, Japan, Central America, Vietnam

Can I take the Universe 3 on a plane?
Yes, Universe 3 is safe for carry-on bags. Please ensure it is packed in your carry-on luggage only and not placed in checked baggage, as it contains a battery.
