How does Infinity Luxe work?
Infinity Luxe is a portable, external power bank. It powers your devices through a magnetic wireless charging pad on the front. Simply place your Qi-enabled phone, earbuds, or smartwatch on the wireless charging pad and it will automatically connect and begin charging.

How many devices can I charge at once with Infinity Luxe?
Infinity Luxe is designed to charge one device at a time using the magnetic wireless charging pad.
However, it can charge up to 2 devices at a time by placing one device on the wireless charging pad and plugging a second device in using the USB-C input/output port on the bottom.

How much will Infinity Luxe charge my device?
Infinity Luxe has a 10,000mAh battery. This will charge a standard smartphone 1–3 times, earbuds 10+ times, and smartwatches 15+ times.

The amount Infinity Luxe will charge depends on the capacity of each device. We suggest checking the size of your device battery to understand how much charge it will receive.

Can I use my device while it’s connected to Infinity Luxe?
You can easily use your phone while it is charging and connected to Infinity Luxe.

You cannot use your earbuds or smartwatch while they’re charging. Your earbuds must remain in their case to recharge. Similarly, your smartwatch must remain on the charging pad of Infinity Luxe to recharge.

How do I recharge Infinity Luxe?
Simply connect a charging cable to the USB-C input port on the bottom of Infinity Luxe to recharge it. The battery of Infinity Luxe is fully charged when all four LED light indicators are illuminated.

Does Infinity Luxe support pass-through charging?
Yes, Infinity Luxe supports pass-through charging. This means it will recharge your device using its wireless charging pad at the same time it’s plugged in and recharging.

Can I take Infinity Luxe on a plane?
Yes, Infinity Luxe is safe for carry-on bags. Make sure to take it as a carry-on only and not place it in checked luggage, as it contains a battery.
