How does my Pulse Charge Gravity work?
The Gravity is a portable, external battery that provides additional power to your phone and other devices.
Simply insert the tip of the Gravity into your device and it will automatically connect and begin to charge.
How do I recharge my Gravity?
It’s simple! All you need to do is take the cable that charges your device and plug it into the side of the Gravity.
For an even more convenient way to charge, the Gravity has pass-through technology. This means that you can recharge your Gravity and charge your device at the same time!
To do this, plug your charging cable into the side of the Gravity and then connect your device to the Gravity. In the same time it usually takes to charge only your device, you’ll have a fully charged phone and fully charged Gravity to take with you on the go.
How much will it charge my device?
The Gravity has a 4000mAh battery. This is how much power will be transferred into your phone or device.
The Gravity is fully charged when all blue lights illuminated. The Gravity will need to be recharged when no lights are illuminated.
We suggest checking the size of your phone battery or device to understand how much charge your device will receive from the 4000 mAh battery of the Gravity.
Can I use my device while the Gravity is connected?
Yes! The compact size and design of the Gravity means you can easily text, take calls, or surf the web all whilst charging your device – that’s the convenience of Pulse Charge!
Please note that the Gravity is not compatible with Lifeproof or Otterbox cases. These cases are too thick and will need to be removed in order for you to plug in and use the Gravity.
Can I take the Gravity on the plane?
Yes, the Gravity is safe for carry-on bags. Make sure to take it as a carry on only, not to be placed in checked in luggage as it's a battery device.
