How long does it take to fully charge the Jump?
The Jump takes approximately 5.5-6.5 hours from zero to full charge.

To recharge the Jump, simply connect a charging cable to the USB-C input port of the Jump. Connect the other end of the cord to the wall socket using a supported wall charger.

How do you turn off the Jump?
The Jump has automatic shut-off when charging is complete. As an alternative, you can manually turn off the Jump by long-pressing the Power Button to shut it down.

How many times will the Jump charge my cell phone?
Approximately 2-3 times for a standard smartphone, depending on the phone's battery capacity.

How do I charge my phone or device with the Jump?
Plug a charging cable into the USB-A output port of the Jump. Connect the other end of the cord into your phone or device. Press the Power Button to turn it on and begin charging.

How do I jump start a vehicle with the Jump?

What is the storage battery life of the Jump?
When fully charged, the battery of the Jump will last approximately 6-12 months. However, we recommend recharging it every 3-6 months.

Can I take Jump on an airplane?
No, it’s not recommended to take Jump on a plane. Jump is better suited for cars and everyday excursions. We recommend using the Universe, Venus or HydroPower when travelling by plane.

    Easy to use

    Bought this for my grandsons 21st and he was impressed but I used it to pump up all my tyers before I wrapped it and found it easy to operate..similar to the one at the servo... Impressive.

    Car Battery Jump Start

    Luck has it that just a few days from receiving my unit the battery in car was found flat and the process to jump start my car using Pulse was found to be extremely easy and not complicated and the car start immediately and ths was on the battery charge of only 2 bars.

    This is what I pirchased the Pulse to do and more than happy with the result.
