USB-C/Android
The Universe can charge any USB-C/Android device. Simply use the built-in USB-C cable or attach your own cable using the USB-C or USB-A output ports.

Apple Lightning
The Universe can charge any Apple device. Simply use the built-in Apple Lighting cable or attach your own cable using the USB-C or USB-A output ports.

Magnetic Wireless
The Universe can charge any Qi wireless device. This includes the iPhone 8 or later, Samsung Galaxy S6 or later, Google Pixel 4 or later and other Qi enabled devices. It can also charge AirPods 2, AirPods Pro, Samsung Buds and Pixel Buds.

Other
The Universe can charge loads of other devices. Simply attach your own cable using the USB-C or USB-A output ports and then plug the cable into the device you wish to charge.

How many devices can I charge at once with the Universe?
The Universe can charge up to five devices at a time using the following:

Please note that the more devices you charge at a single time, the less power each individual device will receive.

How does the Universe work?
The Universe is a portable, external power bank. It can power your devices by using the built-in cords, attaching your own charging cables, or by using the magnetic wireless charging ring on the side.

How much will the Universe charge my device?
The Universe has a 10,000mAh battery. This is how much power will be transferred to the devices you charge.

The battery of the Universe is fully charged when the digital readout is at 100.

We suggest checking the size of your device battery to understand how much charge it will receive from the 10,000mAh battery.

Can I use my device while the Universe is connected?
Yes! You can easily use your device while it is charging and connected to the Universe.

How do I recharge the Universe?
Simply plug the Universe into any wall socket to recharge it. The battery of the Universe is fully charged when the digital readout is at 100.

What countries are compatible with the Universe?
The Universe includes a retractable US plug, along with three interchangeable adaptors for AU, UK and EU. Below is a full list of the countries that the travel adaptors can be used in.

AU Plug: Australia, New Zealand, PNG, Fiji, China, Argentina

US Plug: USA, Canada, Central America, Japan, Vietnam

UK Plug: United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus, Malta, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates

Can I take the Universe on a plane?
Yes, the Universe is safe for carry-on bags. Make sure to take it as a carry on only, not to be placed in checked in luggage as it's a battery device.
